Therapy for Teens

Specializing in anxiety, neurodivergence, and high achievement.

Life as a teenager can feel overwhelming and isolating—it can feel like no one really gets it, or gets you. It can even feel hard to reach out for support (especially if you’ve tried it before and it hasn’t gone well). My job is to provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space to work through whatever isn’t feeling good, so that life can feel a little bit lighter.

When working with me, you can expect an effective, collaborative, and compassionate approach to therapy. My goal is to provide tangible and positive changes for your long-term future and your present-day life.

Any and all questions are welcome!

I offer a
free 20-minute phone call for us to get to know each other, but this isn’t required to begin therapy. If you’re a parent of a teen, I’d be happy to have this phone-call with you or your teen. If you’re ready to schedule an intake, please send me an email! Prospective teen clients are always welcome to email or text me with any questions, too!

I’ll always do my best to provide referrals if I’m not the right therapist for you.
